It’s going to be a busy summer for the Oil and Marble household…
The paperback edition comes out on June 19th.

So, this summer, we will be traveling around the country doing book events, signing copies at bookstores and museum shops, and talking to press (The “we,” of course, includes my husband who will be using this time to take more brilliant abstract photographs).
Some events include:
Readings/signings at bookstores including The Wild Detectives in Dallas, TX and Bookstore Plus in Lake Placid, NY
Teaching writing classes in Florida, Maine, Vermont, and beyond
Appearing at Society for New Music’s “Cazenovia Counterpoint” Summer Arts Festival
Skyping with bookclubs all across the country
Plus, my movie producers say they’re progressing with the Oil and Marble script, so I hope to have news on that soon.
The other big news of the summer:
I’ll be rejoining our staff and crew in New York City to help produce Season 1 of The Alec Baldwin Show for ABC (we shot the pilot — featuring interviews with Jerry Seinfeld and Kate McKinnon — at the end of 2017, which aired after the Oscars).
The show will feature interviews with celebrities and newsmakers engaging in deep conversation with the inimitable Alec Baldwin. It will air on Sunday nights at 10 PM ET/PT in the fall of 2018.
And oh yeah, and in between all of this, I’m desperately finishing up novel #2…
